As Creative Director of WPN Chameleon's Digital Product Studio Addition, I lead the two product redesigns for BHF that ran simultaneously. I worked in collaboration with the UX and technical lead to develop prototypes, then managed a team of UI designers to apply branding ensuring consistency across both products.
After presenting the concepts to stakeholders, I then worked with the lead UI designer to roll out the chosen concepts across remaining journeys and devices.
The improved user experience and on-brand visual design improved average donations by 67% and increased total donations by 14%.
